18th century period film set in London. A true story about Dido Elizabeth Belle, a mixed race girl raised by the Lord Chief Justice of England. This film highlights how Dido’s life was a key player in the of the abolishion of the slave trade. This is a beautiful love story which runs along side this important historical event.
